Support
Email us at support@photofit.live. Please include your app version, iOS version, the error code if you saw one, and the size limit and format you chose. We don't need your photo, and we will never ask for your password or payment details.
Why didn't my photo fit?
Some limits are too small for a photo at its current dimensions. PhotoFit then offers one-tap fixes: allow smaller dimensions, or switch to HEIC or JPEG. PNG is lossless, so it can only get smaller by reducing dimensions.
How are sizes measured?
PhotoFit uses decimal units, like most websites: 1 KB is 1,000 bytes and 1 MB is 1,000,000 bytes. It aims slightly below your limit and checks the exact byte count before showing Ready.
Live Photos, RAW and animated images
For Live Photos, only the still image is exported. RAW and animated images aren't supported yet. If a photo is stored only in iCloud, your iPhone needs to download it first, so check your connection.
My Pro purchase is missing
Open Settings in PhotoFit and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy Pro.
Refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
